About Event

Jumpstart your crochet journey with us at this totally beginner friendly workshop.

In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of crochet—they’ll be introduced to hook sizes, how to differentiate between different types of yarn, how to create slipknots to attach yarn to their hooks, how to create a starting chain, and how to do the single crochet stitch.

This class is designed to be a gentle, slow paced introduction to crochet with plenty of time for any and all questions. 100% beginners welcome and encouraged.

WE'VE MOVED!

Our new studio is just around the corner at 21-07 41st Avenue. When you get to the building, please scan the QR code on the door and find The Collaboratory in the directory to be buzzed in.

Once inside, you can take the elevator to Floor 2 and find us in Studio #213.

MASK REMINDER

The Collaboratory is a *Masks Required* space. 😷 We also run two air filters/purifiers during our gatherings. If you don't arrive with a mask, don't worry—we'll have them available at the door.

REFUND POLICY

At this time the QNSC is unable to issue refunds except on a case by case basis. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, tickets can be transferred to another person at the buyer's arrangement.
