Joy Cook Club started with a simple idea: cooking is more fun together. Especially when the food is genuinely delicious, good for your body and kind to the planet.
I'm Beata, a plant-based chef based in Stockholm. I host small, intimate cooking sessions for women where we explore bold flavours, learn new skills and share a meal together. Maximum 5 women, my home kitchen, good conversation and really good food.
This is a pilot series of sessions and you're not just a participant, you're a co-creator. Your experience and feedback will directly shape what Joy Cook Club becomes. I want to build something that genuinely serves the women who show up.
This session: The Chinese Kitchen
We're diving into the bold, layered world of Chinese home cooking. Together we'll make:
· Spicy mapo tofu with Sichuan pepper
· Aubergine and green bean stir-fry with doubanjiang
· Smashed cucumber salad with sesame and garlic
Simple, deeply satisfying dishes that are easy to recreate at home.
