LNPC + 1% Women: Galentine's Night
Join Luna Nuova Pilates Club (LNPC) and 1% Women for a Galentine’s evening FOR THE GIRLS 💘— a heart-forward celebration of movement, connection, creativity, and self-love.
This event is all about empowering women, celebrating friendship, and taking a moment to remember that the biggest, most important love of our lives should always be ourselves. Come solo, come with friends — either way, you’ll leave feeling energised, supported, and deeply connected.
We’ll start with a hot pilates class — a heated, sculpt-focused mat session led by Steph Ingerman of Luna Nuova Pilates Club. Expect heat, burn, and that post-class glow — strong body, clear mind, confident energy ❤️🔥
After class, we’ll shift into a relaxed, social space with a grazing / standing dinner, nourishing bites, and drinks — time to slow down, connect, laugh, and celebrate the women around you.
The evening continues with creative and interactive activations designed to reconnect you with yourself and each other, including:
– candle painting 🕯️
– an interactive self-love wall 💌
– and other special Galentine’s surprises
Guests are encouraged to wear red or pink activewear (HIGHLY encouraged, if you have it 💕), and you’ll receive a goodie bag from our beautiful brand partners — because you deserve to be spoiled 💝
This is a playful, uplifting space created by women, for women — to move, create, connect, and remind ourselves that self-love isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

⏰ Arrive between 18.00-18.15 (please do not arrive earlier) Please note: doors close at 18.15, class starts promptly 18.30 and latecomers will not be admitted until after class

👚 DRESS CODE: Wear your favourite pink or red workout clothes
💧 Bring water!!
🧦 Bring a dry change of clothes to change into after class (not mandatory, just for comfort!)
