This opening day explores the relationship between awareness and innovation. Breakthrough ideas rarely emerge from stress, urgency, or ego. They emerge from stillness, expanded perception, and disciplined inner work. We will examine how conscious leaders cultivate elevated states of awareness and how expanded consciousness, when paired with integrity and nervous system regulation, becomes a catalyst for innovation that benefits more than just the bottom line.

At Present Practice, we believe yoga is the foundation for elevated consciousness. It is not a performance or aesthetic practice. It is a disciplined path for refining perception, regulating the nervous system, and aligning action with truth. Any conversation about expanded states must be grounded in self-awareness and responsibility. Yoga is the stabilizing force that allows insight to become impact.


Day 1: Crown Chakra — Day Pass · 3/12

Vision requires clarity. Entrepreneurship demands the ability to see what does not yet exist and to trust that vision before there is proof. This day focuses on refining perception, quieting mental noise, and learning to trust inner guidance. Living from the inside out means acting from clarity rather than comparison. It means building from belief rather than urgency and having the courage to evolve when your identity no longer matches your future.

Day 2: Third Eye Chakra - Day Pass · 3/13

Access includes Day 3 programming only — Saturday 3/14 · Throat Chakra · Expression | Visibility | Authentic Voice

Expression is not performance. It is alignment made visible. The throat center governs communication, truth, and the courage to be seen as you are. In a culture that rewards volume and virality, the deeper work is not amplification. It is authenticity.

Day 3 explores what it means to express from integrity rather than impression management. Whether building a personal brand, leading marketing inside a company, or simply sharing your voice publicly, sustainable visibility begins with self-knowledge. When expression is rooted in inner clarity, it becomes magnetic rather than forced.

At Present Practice, yoga teaches us to feel what is true before we speak it. Expression becomes a practice of listening inward first. This day bridges embodied truth with outward communication.


Day 3: Throat Chakra — Day Pass · 3/14

Access includes Day 4 programming only — Sunday 3/15 · Heart Chakra · Purpose | Service | Community | Dharma

This day centers on the heart of conscious creation. Building from the inside out is not only about vision or execution. It is about devotion. It is about creating spaces, companies, and communities that genuinely serve human wellbeing. The most impactful leaders are those who refuse to separate ambition from integrity, productivity from wellness, and success from service.

At Present Practice, we believe in karma yoga, the yoga of action. Our inner practice shapes our outer impact. When ambition is guided by self-awareness and service, business becomes a vehicle for healing rather than extraction. This day explores what it means to build environments where people can be both high-performing and well.


Day 4: Heart Chakra — Day Pass · 3/15

Access includes Day 5 programming only — Monday 3/16 · Solar Plexus · Personal Power | Ownership | Responsibility | Integrity 

This day centers on the solar plexus, the seat of willpower, self-trust, and courageous action. Personal power is not dominance. It is devotion. It is the willingness to take responsibility for your life, your leadership, and the impact of your choices. Entrepreneurship demands this level of ownership. No one is coming to build your vision for you. No one is responsible for your alignment but you.

Day 5 explores what it means to stop outsourcing your authority, to move from blame to responsibility, and to build from integrity even when it would be easier not to. This is about choosing your path consciously. It is about acting from self-trust rather than fear. It is about understanding that power, when rooted in integrity, becomes service.


Day 5: Solar Plexus Chakra — Day Pass · 3/16

Access includes Day 6 programming only — Tuesday 3/17 · Sacral Chakra · Emotional Resilience | Nervous System Regulation | Creativity

The creation process is not linear. It is cyclical, emotional, and deeply human. This day centers on the sacral space, where creativity and emotion live. Building anything meaningful requires the capacity to feel deeply without becoming destabilized. It requires faith in moments of uncertainty, self-trust when doubt surfaces, and the ability to regulate your nervous system when pressure rises.

Day 6 explores the emotional reality of leadership. We will speak honestly about fear, imposter syndrome, identity shifts, comparison, and burnout. We will also examine how creativity flourishes when the body feels safe, supported, and resourced. Emotional resilience is not about suppressing what you feel. It is about expanding your capacity to be with it. Through yoga, breathwork, community, and honest dialogue, we strengthen the inner stability that allows innovation to continue even when the path feels unclear.


Day 6: Sacral Chakra — Day Pass · 3/17

Access includes Day 7 programming only — Wednesday 3/18 · Root Chakra · Structure | Systems | Sustainability | Legacy | Impact

Vision without structure dissolves. Passion without systems burns out. Day 7 centers on the root, the foundation that allows everything else to stand. If the earlier days of the week explored insight, clarity, expression, heart, courage, and emotional resilience, this final day asks a grounded question: How do you build something that lasts?

Structure is not the opposite of creativity. It is what protects it. Systems are not restrictive. They create space for joy, presence, and meaningful impact. When built with integrity, clear financial stewardship, aligned operations, and conscious leadership, structure becomes sacred. It is the container that allows purpose to move from idea into lived reality.


Day 7: Root Chakra — Day Pass · 3/18
