Lunch & Learn: The Championship Mindset with Michael Berrer
Join us for a very special Lunch & Learn session on March 25 with Michael Berrer—former professional tennis player and sports psychologist.
Michael spent over 17 years on the ATP World Tour, reaching a career-high ranking of #42 and competing among the world's top 150 athletes for nearly a decade. What sets Michael apart is his dual expertise: while competing at the highest level, he completed his Master’s in Sports Psychology, bridgeing the gap between physical elite performance and the mental mechanics behind it.
Today, Michael specializes in mental performance and leadership coaching, focusing on the mental barriers that separate "good" from "elite." In this session, Michael will help us translate the high-stakes pressure of center court into the high-stakes world of startup execution.
We will dive deep into:
Handling Critical Moments: How to stay composed during high-stakes C-level meetings and complex deal closures.
Resilience & Bouncing Back: Managing "mental down-phases" and recovering quickly from setbacks or lost opportunities.
Team vs. Individual Performance: Balancing individual drive with the dynamics of a high-growth team.
This session is designed to be highly interactive. Please feel free to bring specific examples of high-pressure situations or mental hurdles you’ve faced in your role as we want to tackle real-world challenges together.
As always, we’ll take care of the food! To ensure we have everything ready for you, please RSVP by March 23 (at least 2 days before the event).
